When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery report, please check whether there is any damage or issue with your product’s box. If, for any reason, there is damage, missing items, or if the package tape has been opened, return the package to the courier and request that an official report be prepared—without signing any delivery documents. If you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or missing contents if a product is accepted with a damaged package or if the contents are later claimed to be incomplete.
